*Zomba (map) is a small town in Malawi about 1 hr from Blantyre. Most travellers visiting Zomba are coming for the *Zomba Plateau (map). *Cape Maclear (map) – laid back fishing village on the tip of a peninsula jutting out into the southern portion of Lake Malawi.
The Cape has excellent, sandy beaches and crystal-clear water perfect for swimming, and is a favourite among backpackers, boaters, and sunseekers.
