Kyrgyzstan is a Central Asian country of incredible natural beauty and proud nomadic traditions. Landlocked and mountainous, it is called the Switzerland of Central Asia.

*Issyk Kul (map) – Lake and pearl of Central Asia, an enormous, crystal blue high alpine lake up in the Tian Shan Mountains. The most popular beach zones are in the city of Cholpon-Ata (map) and the settlements nearby, such as Kara-Oi (Dolinka), Bosteri and Korumdy.

Kol’ukok (map) – A picturesque mountain lake 20 km from Kochkor. *Ala Archa National Park (map) – Gorgeous Tian Shan high alpine landscapes within easy striking distance of Bishkek, hiking and skiing. Suusamyr Valley (map) – A picturesque valley with yurts, beautiful colours, and impressive mountains around it.
